Hello, friends! “Divorce Brain Food” will be an occasional feature here as I start to write less about my own divorce experience. The original tagline for this blog was “How I Made Friends With My Brain and Moved On,” and I wholeheartedly believe that part of that healing process is feeding your brain with helpful messages.
